Julie Klein from Brooklyn New York is very much drawn to the architectural elements of ceramics, with an emphasis primarily on vessel making. Her interest lies in experimenting with the notion of form vs. function and how they interact. Inspiration is drawn from nature, architecture, contemporary culture, classical and modern art.

ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous. I did. It's made from white stoneware clay. I threw some of it on the wheel and the rest was hand built and sculpted. Thanks for asking!
