Crocodile 1995

A crocodile teapot of mine made in 1995 which someone recently put on eBay fetched an unremarkable £45.44 on 24th February 2008. It was not a popular design with customers, so not many were made...one of my favourites needless to say!

Crafts at Cardew latest

As of the 30th April, Crafts at Cardew will be closing its doors to the outside world and Paul Cardew will be relocating whilst he keeps designing.
For those avid collectors out there, this means that this will be the very, very last time that you will be able to visit the Cardew Teapottery, have one of their wonderful cream teas, and have a look around Paul’s teapots old and new, that he's kept in storage for some years, and no doubt some of you will find that elusive teapot that you have been hunting for!

The end of an era! Good luck Paul.

To date, the women have drank countless cups of tea and collected more than 250 teapots, which they stash in their homes, garages and a warehouse. Dozens of pots from their personal collections are now on display at the Adult Community Center.
